This role is perfect for experienced Cover Supervisors, HLTAs (Higher Level Teaching Assistants), or unqualified teachers looking to broaden their classroom experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and deliver pre-prepared lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (with the possibility of covering Key Stage 5 also).
- Maintain classroom control, ensuring students remain engaged and on task.
- Support students of varying abilities, ensuring an inclusive learning environment.
- Promote positive behaviour, following school policies and encouraging participation.
- Build leadership and classroom management skills, gaining valuable teaching experience.
