This role is ideal for a passionate teacher who enjoys working with pupils individually, understands the importance of building confidence, and can adapt their teaching to meet different learning needs.

  • Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and personalised 1:1 tuition sessions.
  • Plan lessons in accordance with the

UK National Curriculum .

  • Identify individual learning needs and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Support pupils with their academic progress, confidence, and engagement.
  • Set clear learning objectives and monitor progress.
  • Provide constructive feedback and maintain accurate session records.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and school staff.
  • Follow safeguarding, child protection, and professional standards at all times.

Essential Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.

Strong knowledge of and experience delivering the

UK Curriculum .

  • Ability to motivate and engage pupils on a 1:1 basis.
  • A patient, supportive, and professional approach.
  • Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures.
