Teaching Personnel are delighted to be supporting a welcoming and community-focused secondary school in Bradford with the recruitment of a dedicated Site Manager.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school site and helping to create the best possible environment for staff and students alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the security and day-to-day operation of the school premises
- Carrying out routine maintenance, repairs, and health & safety checks
- Opening and closing the school site, including alarm and security procedures
- Overseeing contractors and external service providers
- Conducting regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and facilities
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
- Maintaining school grounds to a high standard
- Supporting with room setups for exams, meetings, and school events
- Keeping accurate maintenance and compliance records
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience as a Site Manager, Caretaker, Facilities Manager, Estates Officer, or similar
- Strong practical maintenance and DIY skills
- A good understanding of health & safety procedures
- Excellent organisation and problem-solving abilities
- The ability to work independently and manage their own workload
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Experience working within a school environment is desirable but not essential.
