Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with one of our welcoming mainstream primary schools in Bournemouth to recruit a dedicated Year 4 Teacher for a full-time position starting in September.

The school is seeking a confident and experienced teacher who can deliver engaging lessons, maintain high expectations, and create a classroom where every child can succeed.
The Role
- Full-time Year 4 class teacher.
- Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and the wider school community.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 4.
- Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management.
