We are looking for a committed Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic and inclusive school in Bournemouth. This is a full-time role with an immediate start, supporting pupils aged 5–18 years across both primary and secondary phases.
About the Role
- Position: Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant
- Location: Bournemouth
- Hours: 9.30am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday
- Contract: Full-time, long-term with potential for permanent opportunities
- Start Date: Immediate
You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored assistance to pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, PD, PMLD, and SLD. Your role will focus on promoting positive behaviour, building confidence, and creating a safe and engaging learning environment.
