Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in the B16 area of Birmingham to recruit dedicated and experienced KS2 Primary Teachers for full-time teaching positions. Opportunities are available for both immediate starts and September 2026 placements. We are seeking passionate and committed educators who are looking for stable, rewarding teaching roles within schools that prioritise high-quality education, pupil well-being, and professional development.
The Role – Full-Time KS2 Primary Teacher
As a full-time KS2 class teacher, you will play a key role in supporting pupils through an important stage of their educational journey. Responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can succeed
- Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies where required
- Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Promoting high standards of behaviour, learning, and achievement
- Contributing to wider school life, staff collaboration, and school improvement initiatives
- Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
We Are Looking for Teachers Who:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Have recent experience teaching within Key Stage 2 in UK primary schools
- Are seeking full-time, long-term teaching opportunities
- Have strong classroom management and communication skills
- Are committed to inclusive education and achieving the best outcomes for all pupils
