The role is full-time, Monday-Friday, with ASAP start, supporting students who struggle with behaviour, emotional regulation, or engagement in education. The candidate will build trusting relationships, provide 1:1 and small-group mentoring, and use de-escalation strategies to help students re-engage with learning.
