Teaching Personnel are working with a primary school in Barry seeking a confident and committed full-time teacher to join their team.

The role
You'll be responsible for creating an engaging classroom environment, delivering high-quality lessons and ensuring pupils feel supported and motivated to achieve.
You'll be expected to:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons
- Differentiate learning to meet individual needs
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Monitor pupil progress and provide meaningful feedback
- Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
- Support positive behaviour and classroom routines
- Contribute to wider school life and activities
We're looking for a teacher who:
- Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
- Has experience teaching within a primary setting
- Is confident managing a classroom
- Can adapt their teaching to different learning needs
- Is reliable, organised and enthusiastic about primary education
- Wants to become a valued member of a school team
