We’re looking for enthusiastic and caring Support Workers to join welcoming SEN schools in and around Aylesbury, supporting pupils with PMLD, SLD, ASD, and a range of complex physical and learning needs.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in helping children feel safe, supported, and ready to learn. Working closely with teachers and specialist staff, you’ll provide tailored support that helps pupils thrive both in and out of the classroom.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

  • Providing personal care (feeding, changing, toileting)
  • Supporting pupils with physical needs, including mobility aids and hoists (full training provided!)
  • Assisting with classroom activities, sensory learning, and structured routines
  • Encouraging communication, independence, and life skills
  • Supporting emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour
  • Helping create a nurturing, inclusive, and safe environment

About You

  • Caring, patient, and committed

  • Experienced in SEN settings (desirable, but not essential — training provided!)
