Teaching Personnel are working with a specialist autism school in Totton, Hampshire, seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support students aged 11–19 on a 1:1 basis.

The role is full-time and term-time only, within a small setting of 20–25 students.

You will work closely with teachers to create a safe, structured environment, supporting ASC students with communication and emotional regulation.

DBS checks are required or can be applied for through Teaching Personnel.
