The Role
As a TP Tutor, you will have the opportunity to
- Deliver high-quality one-to-one tuition across core curriculum subjects and specialist areas.
- Support learners through intervention programmes, exam preparation and alternative provision arrangements.
- Provide tuition in a variety of settings, including online, in-home and community-based environments.
- Use your expertise to motivate and engage learners while adapting sessions to meet individual needs.
- Foster positive relationships with students and help develop their confidence, independence and resilience.
- Uphold high standards of safeguarding and inclusion, ensuring every learner feels safe, supported and valued.
