A new specialist SEMH school opening in the Andover area is seeking a dedicated and resilient SEN Teacher to join its founding team. This is an excellent opportunity to help shape a nurturing and ambitious learning environment for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

The successful candidate will teach pupils aged 4–16, primarily within the primary phase, in small classes with high levels of support. Pupils may also present with additional learning needs and be working below age‑related expectations.
