Teaching Personnel are working with a welcoming primary school in Abergavenny looking for a Teaching Assistant to support pupils across EYFS and Key Stage 1.
You’ll work within the mainstream classroom, while providing additional 1:1 support to pupils who need extra help with their learning, engagement and development.
- Supporting pupils across EYFS and KS1
- Providing additional 1:1 support
- Helping pupils stay engaged and confident in their learning
- Supporting classroom activities and routines
- Building positive, nurturing relationships with pupils
- Patient, caring and enthusiastic
- Confident working with younger children
- Reliable and able to build positive relationships
- Keen to make a difference in the classroom
- Previous school or child-related experience is desirable
- £92.63 per day, paid weekly
- Support from a dedicated consultant

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
