We are working with a large, welcoming primary school in the CF24 area that is looking to appoint a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately. This is a full-time position for the entire academic year, making it an excellent opportunity for someone seeking consistency and the chance to make a real difference in a child's educational journey.
The school is known for its friendly atmosphere, high standards, and supportive staff team. With excellent public transport links and on-site parking available, it is easily accessible for candidates travelling from across Cardiff.
You will be working on a 1:1 basis with a pupil with Additional Learning Needs (ALN), providing tailored support throughout the school day. The successful candidate will help create a positive learning environment, encourage engagement, and support both academic and emotional development. You will be working outside of the classroom in a quiet and calm space.

- Confident working closely with children and young people
- Previous experience working with children is essential, whether in a school, childcare, youth work, coaching, care, or similar setting.
- Experience supporting children with ALN is desirable but not essential.
