Exciting Opportunities for Qualified Teaching Assistants - East Lancashire
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting young people in their education? We are working with a number of secondary schools across East Lancashire who are seeking dedicated, enthusiastic Teaching Assistants for upcoming long-term roles.
What we\\\'re looking for:
- Recent experience working within a secondary school setting
- Strong classroom support skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
The roles will involve:
- Providing tailored support to pupils, both in small groups and on a 1:1 basis
- Assisting teachers with classroom management and lesson delivery
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Long-term, rewarding placements with the potential for development
- Opportunities to work in a variety of supportive and welcoming schools
