We are currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Residential Support Workers for a children’s care home based in South Norwood. This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people in a safe, structured and nurturing environment where you can genuinely make a positive impact on their lives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supporting young people with day-to-day activities
- Promoting independence, wellbeing and positive routines
- Building trusted relationships with children and young people
