A friendly and well-established nursery in Redbridge is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Deputy Nursery Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Room Leader or Senior Practitioner ready to step into a leadership role within a supportive nursery environment.
The Role
- Support the Nursery Manager with daily operations
- Lead the nursery in the Manager’s absence
- Support and motivate staff across the nursery
- Ensure EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety standards are maintained
- Assist with staffing ratios, room organisation, and planning

Requirements
- Level 3 Early Years qualification essential
- Previous experience as a Room Leader, Senior Practitioner, or Deputy Manager
