As Planning and Change Manager, you will manage the planning and coordination of work that underpin our charity’s activities, ensuring that our work is aligned, visible, and running smoothly. You will support the OKR cycle, so that teams and squads are enabled to deliver on their key results. Additionally, you’ll coordinate and manage inputs from all of our teams and departments to implement and improve efficient and customer-focused processes in support of a portfolio of programmes and charity-wide deliverables. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to prioritise and facilitate change and improvement work which ensures that everyone has the tools, processes, and information they need to deliver their work successfully.

Can you read across multiple operational plans to ensure alignment and prioritisation in line with agreed objectives?

Can you deploy a range of project management techniques to coordinate teams to deliver effective change and improvements across a range of programmes / operations?

Are you skilled at mapping processes, documenting operating practices, and managing and sharing operational information in a clear and accessible way?

Are you comfortable working with technology and collaborating with IT teams to implement automation and optimise processes?

Can you identify and articulate risks, suggest effective mitigations, and resolve day-to-day issues practically and effectively?
