As Delivery Coordinator, you will work across the Delivery Department, working closely with leadership to support high quality experiences which engage our programme members in their development, their community and in our social purpose and mission to ensure all children are able to achieve their potential. This role sits in the central delivery team, but will be attached to different delivery teams, to support their delivery of key team and programme administration and coordination.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience of providing high‑level support to a Leader or Team in a fast‑paced organisation
  • Exceptional organisation, planning and administrative skills, including the ability to prioritise own and others’ workloads
  • Strong Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and MS skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with people quickly across different teams and hierarchies
  • Desire to learn and adapt to new work and acquire new skills

Contractual Hours: 37.50 hours per week
Job Location: East Midlands (Nottingham); East of England (Norwich); London; North East (Newcastle Upon Tyne); North West (Manchester); South Coast (Bournemouth); South East (Kent); South West (Bristol); West Midlands (Birmingham); Yorkshire & The Humber (Leeds)

Salary Package (£): 25,330.00

Compensation & Benefits: Employees based in London will receive £3,000 London Weighting Allowance in addition to the advertised salary package. Advertised Salary, London Weighting Allowance and Annual Leave entitlement are FTE. They will be pro‑rated for part time and fixed term positions. Teach First’s core benefits include 27 days holiday per annum (3 of which must be taken during the holiday shutdown period between Christmas Day and New Year’s Day), participation in the pension scheme via Salary Exchange (with an employer contribution of up to 6%), life assurance, income protection and private healthcare. Through our flexible benefits platform you also have access to subsidised dental membership, health screening, discounted gym membership, travel insurance, Give As You Earn and the option to buy annual leave.
