As Contracts Manager, you will lead on managing high-value contracts and work on the framework through which all contracts are managed within Teach First. You will be pivotal in ensuring the delivery of multiple, complex contracts, supporting relationship managers across the charity by providing technical expertise and advice. You will bring a commercial approach to help us deliver great impact as a charity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience of managing contracts throughout their lifecycle.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate contractual requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in a complex operational environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Manage contractual obligations in an operational environment, with experience in developing and monitoring key processes.
  • Excellent financial literacy and commercial acumen.

Job Level: 3

DBS Required: Basic

Salary Package: £42,237.00

Compensation & Benefits: Employees based in London will receive £3000 London Weighting Allowance in addition to the advertised salary package. Advertised Salary, London Weighting Allowance and Annual Leave entitlement are FTE. They will be pro-rata’d for part time and fixed term positions. Teach First’s core benefits include 27 days holiday per annum (3 of which must be taken during the holiday shutdown period between Christmas Day and New Year’s Day), participation in the pension scheme via Salary Exchange (with an employer contribution of up to 6%), life assurance, income protection and private healthcare. Through our flexible benefits platform access to subsidised dental membership, health screening, discounted gym membership, travel insurance, Give As You Earn and the option to buy annual leave.
