About the Company

TeacherTee are launching corporate.teachertee.com — an ed-tech platform designed for global businesses that need their staff up-skilled in Business English.

We connect organisations with elite coaches, supported by technology, data, and a proven teacher network. With 5+ years in the industry, we’ve:

  • Built an army of 50,000+ teachers worldwide.
  • Run a profitable training & recruitment agency.
  • Gained deep industry knowledge and credibility.

Now, with TeacherTee Corporate, we’re positioned to capture a major slice of the $40B+ Business English market (growing at 8.8% CAGR).

About the Role

We’re seeking a Co-Founder – Head of Partnerships to design, own, and scale the growth engine for corporate.teachertee.com.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives on autonomy, equity, and upside. You’ll take full responsibility for:

  • Building strategic partnerships.
  • Landing corporate clients.
  • Laying the foundation for a BD team under you.

You’ll be joining as a true co-founder, shaping the company alongside the CEO and COO.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full B2B sales & partnerships cycle: prospect → pitch → close → onboard.
  • Design and execute a repeatable outbound & partnership strategy.
  • Secure corporate contracts worth €10K–€50K+ ARR.
  • Set up CRM, outreach tools, and reporting processes.
  • Deliver measurable wins within your first 90 days (signed clients, secured partnerships).
  • Report directly to the founder on growth milestones.
  • Build and manage a partnerships/BD team as traction grows.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development (SaaS, EdTech, HR tech ideal).
  • Track record closing €10K+ ARR deals.
  • Strong commercial acumen: ICP definition, messaging, positioning.
  • Experience building sales infrastructure and reporting.
  • Leadership mindset — able to grow and coach a team.
  • Entrepreneurial drive — you want equity and ownership, not a salary.

Pay range and compensation package

This is a co-founder role with equity and commission only (no base salary).

  • Equity (up to 5%) in TeacherTee Corporate (not the wider TeacherTee group):
  • 1% at €100K ARR
  • 2% at €500K ARR
  • 5% at €1M ARR + first BD/Partnerships team hire
  • Commission: tiered up to 20% on deals closed.

Equal Opportunity Statement

We believe the future of corporate training isn’t AI alone, and it isn’t humans alone. It’s human connection at scale, powered by technology.

This is a high-ownership, high-upside leadership role for someone ready to build and run the partnerships engine of corporate.teachertee.com — a platform uniquely positioned to dominate a booming global industry.
