Primary Teaching Assistant (SUPPLY basis)

We are currently seeking enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistants to work across our partnered schools within the Derbyshire area on a supply basis.

Your Role

  • Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery
  • Providing 1:1 and small group support to help pupils reach their potential
  • Supporting assessments and tracking pupil progress
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and active participation
  • Helping with classroom organisation and resource preparation

What We Are Looking For

  • Has experience supporting children in a primary school environment
  • Demonstrates strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • Communicates clearly and works well as part of a team
  • Takes a proactive, supportive, and professional approach to their work
  • Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (beneficial but not essential)
