About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, adaptable, and dedicated Science Teacher to join our team on a supply basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified and passionate teacher to contribute to the education of students in a local secondary school across the area.
As a Supply Science Teacher, you will be required to deliver high-quality science lessons to students, ensuring they stay engaged and motivated while maintaining the high standards of teaching. This role offers flexibility, with placements available across different schools for varying durations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
- Mark and assess students\’ work in line with the school s assessment policies.
- Adapt lessons for different ability levels and individual needs.
- Provide feedback and support to students to help them reach their full potential.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in a Science-related field (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or General Science).
- Experience teaching Science at secondary level (KS3/KS4).
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A passion for inspiring and motivating young learners.
- DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
