Provide Education are currently recruiting Exam Invigilators to support a partnered school in the Mansfield NG21 area with the smooth running of GCSE and other public examinations. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a school environment, ensuring that students have a calm, fair and secure setting in which to complete their exams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise students during exams to ensure all rules and regulations are followed
  • Distribute and collect exam papers and materials
  • Set up examination rooms prior to exams and ensure proper conduct throughout
  • Provide assistance where needed while maintaining the integrity of the exam process
  • Report any irregularities or issues to the exam officer or senior staff

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain focused and alert
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a calm, professional manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to pay for one)

Previous experience as an invigilator is beneficial but not essential – full training will be provided.
