The Role
You will play a vital role in supporting students' learning, development and wellbeing within the classroom environment. Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
- Assisting teachers with classroom activities
- Encouraging student engagement and participation
- Supporting pupils with additional needs
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively
- Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of a teacher
