Are you confident, adaptable and passionate about supporting young people in education? We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work on a general supply basis in secondary schools across Worksop. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced cover staff or anyone with strong behaviour management skills looking for flexible work in education.

The Role:

  • Supervise whole classes during teacher absence
  • Deliver pre-set lesson plans across a range of subjects
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively
  • Ensure students remain on task and engaged
  • Provide feedback to teaching staff following lessons

This role does not require planning or marking.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with young people (school, youth work, coaching, mentoring etc.)
  • Strong classroom or group management skills
  • Confidence covering a variety of subjects
  • A calm, professional and adaptable approach
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
