Responsibilities for Secondary Supply Teachers:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons
  • Plan and prepare teaching materials and cover work as needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment
  • Represent Teachers Together with professionalism and integrity at all times
  • Provide constructive feedback as required

Requirements to be a Secondary Supply Teacher through Teachers Together:

  • Proof of current Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or proof of working towards gaining QTS
  • 5 years worth of references
  • A current enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service (if not currently held, Teachers Together will introduce you to a partner that will be able to help)
