  • Bring a creative and solutions-oriented approach to campaign development, identifying fresh and effective ways to engage target audiences and deliver against go-to-market objectives.
  • Assist in the delivery of journey mapping and audience segmentation activity, contributing to the delivery in market, prioritisation and execution across channels, products and client segments.
  • Work closely with functional marketing teams including digital, social, content, brand and events to coordinate and activate campaigns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Support the execution of product launches, thought leadership campaigns and client communications, ensuring all activity is appropriately positioned for the intended audience.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships across the UK Client Marketing team, the wider Marketing & Communications function and key business partners including distribution, investments and product.
  • Act as a dependable and proactive team player, supporting senior colleagues and contributing positively to a collaborative team culture.
  • Liaise with internal writers, creative teams and external agencies as needed to ensure campaign materials are delivered to brief, on time and to a high standard.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on campaign progress, timelines and deliverables.
  • Apply a consistent and analytical approach to measuring campaign effectiveness, developing and tracking appropriate KPIs aligned to business goals and the 2026 go-to-market strategy.
  • Working with the analytics team, produce clear, well-structured campaign performance reports and dashboards that communicate results in a way that is accessible and meaningful to both marketing and distribution stakeholders.
  • Share campaign learnings proactively across the team, using insight and data to make recommendations for optimisation and continuous improvement.
  • Support the development of marketing scorecards that demonstrate return on investment and the commercial contribution of campaign activity.
