Summer Internship Opportunities:

What We’re Looking For:
- Academic Excellence: On track for at least a 2:1 or higher undergraduate degree (or equivalent).
- Investment Management Knowledge & Interest: Academic background or demonstrated interest in Real Estate e.g. Relevant coursework; active participation in investment clubs; managing a virtual portfolio; following market commentary; reading financial news.
- Technical skills: Preferably have prior experience of coding such as VBA, and/or familiarity with Python and Bloomberg is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise written and verbal communications tailored to different audiences.
- Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in team settings by actively listening to others' perspectives, contributing constructively to group discussions.
- Critical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to understand business problems from multiple angles, identify key drivers of outcomes, and propose solutions that balance competing priorities.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Strong competency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & advanced in Excel).
- Initiative and Ownership: Track record of taking ownership of projects or responsibilities without constant supervision.
