About Thorpe House School

Thorpe House School is an all-through independent school in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire, teaching boys aged 4-16 with a Co-Educational Sixth Form. The Lower School (up to Year 6) operates on its own site and the Middle School and the Upper School (Years 7 to 11) are based on the main site. Our co-educational Sixth Form is based in the heart of Gerrards Cross in its own building which is only minutes walk from our main site.

The school has excellent facilities including a seven-acre games field, covered swimming pool and a new multi-purpose hall offering additional classroom space and increased indoor sporting opportunities.

Our educational approach encourages students to achieve to the best of their potential but also be responsible members of their local and global community. We provide a warm, vibrant and nurturing environment with small classes, excellent pastoral care and welcoming staff who work in partnership with parents.
