Nestled along the stunning Moray Coast in the North of Scotland, Gordonstoun is internationally recognized as a leader in Hahnian education. Our co-educational community of over 500 pupils, aged 4 to 18, brings together a diverse mix of day and boarding students from over 40 countries, who all live and learn together.
At the heart of our school is the Prep School, a warm and dynamic environment where children aged 4-13 thrive. With approximately 125 pupils, a quarter of whom are boarders, the Prep School offers an exciting range of academic, sporting, and extracurricular opportunities, supported by world-class facilities for sports, performing arts, outdoor learning, and more.
We are seeking a highly capable Administrator to join our dedicated team, providing vital support to the life and work of the Prep School while working collaboratively as part of the wider administrative team across the school. This is a varied and engaging role at the heart of the school community, requiring close partnership with colleagues across departments to ensure the smooth, efficient, and compliant running of daily operations.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills and confidence in building positive working relationships at all levels. You will bring a high level of digital proficiency, alongside a proactive and adaptable approach to managing a diverse workload. Well-organised and detail-oriented, you will be recognised for your conscientious and diligent nature. With experience in administration and data management, you will also have the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and to implement thoughtful, effective solutions that enhance systems and processes across the Prep School and beyond.
