Erskine Stewart Melville (ESM) invites applications for a Lead Teacher Support for Learning (Neurodiversity) in the Senior School, Support for Learning Department. This permanent role from January 2027 carries a salary of £57,217 and is based at the Queensferry Road site.

The post holder will champion inclusive practice, provide expert guidance to staff, families and the Wellbeing team, and support referral and assessment pathways for Neurodiversity (e.g., Autism/ADHD), ensuring a child-centered approach.
