George Watson’s College seeks a Head Rowing Coach to lead its rowing programme across school and extracurricular activities in Edinburgh. You will design a structured, progressive training calendar and oversee a team of part-time coaches within the PE curriculum to deliver a comprehensive rowing offer.
You will also manage fixtures locally and nationally, ensure pupil welfare during travel and competitions, and promote inclusive sport for all ages and abilities while maintaining high coaching standards.
