The Headteacher's PA will be responsible for providing a range of confidential administrative duties under the direction of the Headteacher to help facilitate the smooth and efficient running of the school.

Main Responsibilities:

  • The postholder is the first point of contact and the main channel for communications and administration for the Headteacher and School Governors.
  • Supporting and keeping the Headteacher well informed of important issues.
  • Highlighting key dates and diary management.
  • Personnel administration for Teaching staff including maintaining the Single Central Record.

Ideal Candidate:

A Personal Assistant for the Headteacher is required from July 2026. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Personal Assistant/Business Administrator or similar, who offers outstanding computer skills and proven experience working in an environment that requires a high level of discretion. We are seeking a colleague with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to build relationships with people at all levels, both internally and externally. You must be self-motivated, warm and welcoming and able to work under pressure.
