We are looking for an inspiring, versatile, and dynamic individual to oversee the delivery of our world-renowned Gordonstoun International Summer School (GISS) and other residential and holiday programmes. As a key member of the Gordonstoun team you will ensure the operational delivery of all our programmes is of the highest quality, and the student and participant experience is first class!
You will bring significant management and operational experience in a similar role. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, respectful relationships with colleagues, partners, and suppliers. You will have a positive, innovative, creative and flexible approach, and a proven track‑record of driving change and improvement.
What we are looking for:
- A Degree or significant relevant experience.
- Significant management experience, preferably in an equivalent environment working with children and young people.
- An eye for detail and excellent IT and planning skills.
