Erskine Stewart’s Melville Schools are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join the HR team on a permanent basis (subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks). The role is available immediately, full time, working 36.25 hours per week with a salary of £25,990. The purpose of the role is to manage the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring a positive candidate experience. It involves supporting recruiting managers with various recruitment tasks, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, handling pre-employment checks, maintaining compliance with employment laws, and managing the shared mailboxes and HR records. Additionally, the role supports probation reviews and absence management to support a smooth employee journey.

The successful candidate must have experience in an HR or administrative role, with knowledge of employment legislation being desirable. Experience using iTrent as a system and payroll experience would be a high advantage although not essential. A commitment to high professional standards and continuous professional development is key.
