Erskine Stewart Melville are currently recruiting for two Academic Administrators to join the School Operations Team on a permanent basis. We welcome applications from candidates seeking either a full-time (1.0 FTE) position or a part-time (0.5 or 0.75 FTE) appointment. Depending on the applicant pool and organisational needs, the role may be filled by one full-time employee and one part-time employee or two part-time employees. The full-time salary is £27,049, working 36.25 hours per week.
The purpose of the role is to be responsible for administering the procedures and systems that underpin and facilitate ESM’s academic provision in the Junior School or the Senior School. It will include such duties as:
- Working in partnership with School timetablers so that the relevant data is made available and accessible during and following the timetabling process
- Administration of assessment and reporting processes including all tracking processes
- Compilation and analysis of data to demonstrate patterns and to highlight areas for attention and intervention
The successful candidate must have experience managing a busy and varied workload including email inbox and prioritising workload as required and a basic understanding of CRM databases. Ideally they would have experience of working in a school environment.
Eligibility: ESMS is unable to sponsor the employment of international workers in this role. International applicants will therefore be unable to apply for and secure a Skilled Worker visa. The successful candidate will only be able to take up this role if they can demonstrate an alternative right to work in the UK.
