TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming Primary School in Worksop. The school provides a nurturing and inclusive Early Years environment, focusing on creative play, phonics and supporting children to achieve their early learning goals. The school is looking to appoint an Early Years Teacher on a long-term basis with an immediate start. The successful Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging EYFS lessons, using strong subject knowledge, scaffolding learning and AFL, while supporting pupils with SEND and using observations to inform assessment and progress.

The successful Teacher / Early Years / EYFS will have:

  • QTS (ECTs are welcome to apply)
  • Experience working within Early Years / EYFS settings
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and early learning goals
  • Experience delivering phonics, creative play and continuous provision
  • Ability to use observations and assessment to support pupil development
  • A proactive, flexible and ‘can-do’ attitude
