Salary: £96.25 - £105 per day

Role Overview:

  • Support students across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4.
  • Work closely with class teachers to support learning inside and outside the classroom.
  • Deliver targeted interventions and promote positive behaviour throughout the school day.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working within a secondary school setting.
  • Experience supporting students on a 1:1 basis and within small groups.
  • A strong understanding of behaviour management strategies.
  • Experience supporting students with SEN and SEMH needs.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • A positive and proactive attitude.
