Salary: £96.25 to £105 per day

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, make a real difference to students' lives, and build experience that will support future careers in teaching, educational psychology, or pastoral support.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside experienced teachers, supporting students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- Help pupils overcome barriers to learning, deliver small group and one-to-one interventions, encourage positive behaviour, and play an important role in creating an engaging learning environment where every student can thrive.

Requirements / Qualifications
- Experience working with young people, either in schools or other educational settings
- Confidence supporting students one-to-one and in small groups
- An understanding of behaviour management strategies
- Experience supporting students with SEN and/or SEMH is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, patient, and proactive approach
