Responsibilities
Supervise pre‐planned lessons.
Maintain positive behaviour and ensure students remain engaged with their learning in the absence of the classroom teacher.
Qualifications
Experience working with young people in an educational, coaching or youth work setting.
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
The confidence to supervise lessons across a range of subjects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
A positive and professional attitude.
