We are currently recruiting experienced Teaching Assistants to support schools across Wolverhampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a difference and supporting learners with additional needs.
Key Requirements
- Experience supporting learners with SEND/SEMH needs
- Confidence delivering English, Maths and/or Science at a range of levels
- Patience, resilience, and a nurturing approach
- Strong communication and behaviour-support skills
- Ability to individualise learning and build positive relationships
- A good understanding of safeguarding (training provided)
