Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with SEND in a mainstream primary school? The school is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant on an ad hoc basis from September. The successful Teaching Assistant will support pupils with SEND across the school, working closely with the class teacher to provide tailored support, encourage engagement and promote positive learning outcomes while adapting to the needs of each day.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

  • Experience supporting children with SEND within a school setting
  • A patient, caring and proactive approach to supporting pupils
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • The ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments
  • A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential
