TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming SEND provision based in the centre of Wolverhampton, who are looking to appoint a dedicated Primary Teacher (SEND) for a full-time maternity cover role starting in September. The school prides itself on providing a nurturing and inclusive learning environment, with a strong focus on supporting both staff and pupils to achieve their full potential.
The school is looking to take on an experienced Primary Teacher (SEND) on a long‑term basis. The successful Primary Teacher (SEND) will be expected to confidently manage the classroom from day one, supporting pupils with mild to complex learning needs through engaging and differentiated lessons. The role also includes additional planning and resourcing time, allocated PPA time, and two afterschool meetings per week until 4pm. The school are keen to secure a Primary Teacher (SEND) before summer to allow for a smooth handover and potential co‑teaching opportunities with the current class teacher ahead of the September start.
