TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming private nursery in Maidstone that is looking to appoint a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner. The nursery is home to a long-standing, experienced team who work to exceptionally high standards, supporting one another to provide outstanding care while creating a positive and professional working environment.

The nursery is looking to appoint a full-time Level 3 Early Years Practitioner on a long-term basis with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate. The successful Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will be based within the toddler room, delivering engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework, encouraging children's independence and development, and working hard alongside an established team committed to delivering the highest standards of childcare. This is a long-term role, with a view to becoming permanent.

The successful Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will have:

  • A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Extensive knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
  • Experience working with toddlers within an Early Years setting
  • A confident personality with a positive, proactive and get-it-done attitude
  • The ability to work hard as part of a highly professional and supportive team
  • Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene or other relevant childcare qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential
