Supporting Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students, the school has achieved a Good OFSTED rating and is recognised for its Specialist Taskforce (APST), preventative education through its Centres of Learning, and the introduction of its innovative Centres of Recovery Education (COR), helping students develop both academically and personally.
About the Role
The school is looking to appoint a part-time Cover Supervisor from September. The successful Cover Supervisor will be responsible for supervising lessons, maintaining high expectations of behaviour, and supporting pupils with SEMH needs who are at risk of or have been permanently excluded from mainstream education. Strong behaviour management is essential, alongside the ability to build positive relationships and create a safe, engaging learning environment.
