TeacherActive is proud to be working with a Welsh medium Primary School in Cardiff, who are looking to appoint a Welsh Medium LSA. This welcoming and inclusive school prides itself on creating a positive learning environment where the Welsh language and culture are celebrated throughout school life, encouraging pupils to thrive both academically and socially.
The school is looking to take on a dedicated Welsh Medium LSA on a full-time basis from September. The successful Welsh Medium LSA will be expected to support pupils across the classroom, promote the Welsh language confidently, and fully immerse themselves within all aspects of school life as part of a supportive team environment.
The successful Welsh Medium LSA will have:
- Fluency in Welsh and confidence promoting the Welsh language
- Experience working with children within a school setting
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude
- The ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
- A willingness to contribute fully to school life
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
