The school is looking to appoint a dedicated Design Technology Teacher on a permanent basis from September. The successful Design Technology Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated DT lessons across KS3 and KS4, supporting student progress and encouraging creativity, problem-solving and practical skills within the department.

The successful Design Technology Teacher will have:

  • QTS with a Design Technology specialism (ECTs are welcome to apply)
  • Experience teaching DT across KS3 and KS4
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • The ability to plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons
  • A commitment to raising student attainment and achievement
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
