Are you an enthusiastic Qualified Primary Teacher who is looking for more flexibility with working? Are you reliable, honest and hard-working? Do you enjoy working with children and providing them with equal learning opportunities?

TeacherActive is proud to be working with mainstream primary schools that are currently looking for Qualified Primary Teachers, who are looking for more working flexibility to provide day-to-day cover, working across KS1 and KS2. You will be working with a warm and positive team in Lowton, who focus on child engagement with a therapeutic approach to learning.

The setting looks after up to 30 children in each classroom, with both indoor and outdoor areas split into age-appropriate sections and provide sensory enhancing activities. The school ensures that the children can challenge themselves and take risks in a safe and secure environment, to aid learning in a positive manner.

We are looking for Qualified Primary Teachers, who are looking to expand their knowledge of the local schools in the area, and work flexibly on a day-to-day basis. You may be required to cover across both Key Stage 1 and 2.

The successful Qualified Primary Teacher will have:

  • QTS
  • Child enhanced DBS (registered on the update service)
  • ‘Can-do’ approach with the willingness to get stuck in
  • Adaptability
