Salary: £170 - £220 per day

The school is committed to providing a nurturing and engaging learning environment where children are encouraged to develop confidence, independence and reach their full potential through personalised education.

The school is seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis from September. The successful SEN Teacher will plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons to pupils with a variety of needs including Autism / ASD, Moderate Learning Difficulties / MLD, Severe Learning Difficulties / SLD and Speech and Language needs. You will work closely with teaching assistants, therapists and the wider leadership team to ensure every pupil receives the support they need to succeed.

The successful SEN Teacher will have:

  • QTS with experience teaching in a UK primary or SEND setting
  • Experience teaching pupils with Autism / ASD and additional learning needs
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • The ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A caring, patient and adaptable approach to teaching
